🌳Beech Class🌳 have had a fantastic few weeks! The children have shown brilliant enthusiasm, teamwork, and creativity across all our learning.
🏰 Humanities Adventures
As part of our humanities topic, we have been exploring castles. The children loved designing and creating their own castles and shields, showing great imagination and attention to detail. Their pride in their finished work has been wonderful to see!
🎲 Social Skills & Turn Taking
We have also been focusing on developing social skills. Playing a range of board games has helped us practise turn taking, sharing, and positive communication. The children have really enjoyed this time together and are becoming more confident in working cooperatively.
📚 Tulip Reads
During Tulip Reads, we have been doing paired reading. This has helped us build reading confidence, listening skills, and supportive partnerships. It has been lovely to see children encouraging one another and celebrating each other’s progress.
